GENERAL INFORMATION
We ship with UPS, USPS, and Spee-Dee. Spee-Dee delivers to only Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, North and South Dakota, and parts of Nebraska, Missouri, Upper Michigan. If you live in one of these states, your order will more than likely be sent Spee-Dee. If you live in any other state, and your order is lighter in weight, it will probably ship USPS. Larger, heavier orders typically ship UPS. We will process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually by the next business day.

Actual shipping rates apply. Once we have your items packed, we will be able to determine the shipping charges. We will then send you an invoice for the shipping charges through our secure payment processor, Authorize.Net. The invoice will come to you in your email, so please remember to watch for it. Your order will ship to you upon receipt of the shipping payment.

Shipping for Cage Traps
Shipping fees will be determined by shipping location.
AK, CA, HI, OR, NV, WA: Actual shipping will be charged. See info listed above for procedures.
IL, IA, MN, WI: $17.50 per trap
All remaining states: $27.50 per trap
If other items are being ordered in addition to cage traps, please place a separate order on the website, or call us to place your entire order at one time. Our system is unable to calculate the correct shipping on a combined order.
SHIPPING FOR WAXED DIRT
When purchasing more than two bags of Freeze Proof Dirt, actual shipping charges apply. You may place your order on our website as normal. Your payment for the products you purchase will be handled by our website. Once we have your items packed, we will be able to determine the shipping charges. We do not accept international orders at this time.
payment info & REturns Policy
When ordering online, payment can be made with a credit or debit card through our secure website. You can also choose to make your payment through PayPal. If choosing PayPal during the checkout process, you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete your payment information. You will be returned to our website after the PayPal transaction is complete. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use their service.
Sales Tax
We hope that you are always satisfied with any products you purchase from Volkers Trapping Supplies. However, should there be a problem with a purchase, please call for return guidelines. Items purchased may be returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please return the product with all original packing and packaging. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the product including shipping costs. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with the store credit.
