Payment Information

When ordering online, payment can be made with a credit or debit card through PayPal's secure website.  During the checkout process, you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete your payment information.  You will be returned to our website after the PayPal transaction in complete. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use their service.  If you do have a PayPal account, you may pay through your account.

We will accept checks or money orders.  When checking out, select the check/money order option.  You will be directed where to send your check or money order.  Your order will not ship until payment is received.  If you are paying with a check, expect a 2 to 3 week delay.

Sales Tax

ILLINOIS ORDERS - Must include 6.75% State Sales Tax.

Shipping

We ship with UPS, USPS, and Spee-Dee.  Spee-Dee only delivers to Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, North and South Dakota, and parts of Nebraska, Missouri, Upper Michigan. If you live in one of these states, your order will more than likely be sent Spee-Dee.  If you live in any other state, and your order is lighter in weight, it will probably ship USPS.  Larger, heavier orders typically ship UPS.  We will process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually by the next business day.

Shipping & Handling Chart (AK, CA, HI, OR, NV, WA)

Shipments to Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Nevada, and Washington will be charged actual shipping.  You may place your order on our website as normal.  Your payment for the products you purchase will be handled by our website.  Once we have your items packed, we will be able to determine the shipping charges.  We will then contact you for payment of the shipping charges.  Please indicate in the Instructions/Comments area whether you would like us to call you with the shipping total and to arrange for the payment, or if you would like us to send you a PayPal request for the actual shipping charge via email.  Your order will ship to you upon receipt of the shipping payment.

Shipping for Cage Traps

When purchasing more than two Cage Traps, actual shipping charges apply. You may place your order on our website as normal.  Your payment for the products you purchase will be handled by our website.  Once we have your items packed, we will be able to determine the shipping charges.  We will then contact you for payment of the shipping charges.  Please indicate in the Instructions/Comments area whether you would like us to call you with the shipping total and to arrange for the payment, or if you would like us to send you a PayPal request for the actual shipping charge via email.  Your order will ship to you upon receipt of the shipping payment.

Shipments outside of the contiguous U.S. will be charged actual shipping.  For shipments outside of the contiguous U.S. you may place your order on our website as normal.  Your payment for the products you purchase will be handled by our website.  Once we have your items packed, we will be able to determine the shipping charges.  We will send you a PayPal invoice for payment of the shipping charges via email. PayPal invoices can be paid using a credit or debit card.  Your order will ship to you upon receipt of the shipping payment.

Another Option:

Another option is to call or email us with a list of items you would like to order.  We will prepare your order, then send you a PayPal request for the total amount of the order including shipping.  Once payment is received, we will ship your order. 

International packages may or may not have an additional customs charge once they reach the border.  The shipping charge paid to us does not cover those additional costs once your package leaves here.  The amount will need to be paid before the package is delivered to you.
